Following the allegations of a so called Armenian genocide, Greek and Assyrian diaspora in the Worldhave alwaystried hard to follow the path of Armenians in the campaign of defamations against Turkey. Turkey now faces with accusations of a so called genocide against Assyrians in Ottoman Empire.

Sydney Municipality Council approved the application of Assyrian citizens of Australia on erection of a so called Assyrian genocide monument.
